What are Prayer & Praise Nights?
Prayer & Praise Nights are monthly youth worship services that target High School and College age youth. P&PN’s encourage youth to grow in their relationship with the Lord and challenge them to “win the world for Jesus” in a way that is relevant to their place in life. Youth are also being discipled in the areas of worship warfare, prayer, and Bible study.
When is the Mayfair Prayer & Praise Night?
On Friday, September 16, 2011, Mayfair Community Church will be hosting the first Prayer & Praise Night of the 2011-2012 season!!! YEAH!!!
Who’s the special guest?
It’s going to be an awesome night, for sure! Our special guest preacher for the night is Captain Dale Simmons. Captain Dale and his wife Rebecca are the new Corps Officers at the Englewood Corps as of June 2011. I’ve seen this guy speak before, and he can bring it!
What is the theme?
ho•li•ness (hoh-lee-nis)
Definition: Apartness, sacredness, consecrated, dedicated, pure.
Our theme for the night is “holiness.” God is holy. It’s what defines Him. It’s who He is, and it’s what He’s called us to be. We’ll be challenged to desire that more than anything at the Mayfair Prayer & Praise Night on 9.16.2011.
